ALPS readers might recall that, back in March, I posted a call for participation for a one-day workshop focussed on ethical and epistemological issues in the teaching of politics that is being co-organised by the Centre for the Pedagogy of Politics (CPP) at UCL (who help run ALPS) and the Teaching Political Theory Network (TPTN) at the University of York.
I am pleased to report that we received a healthy number of high quality abstracts and the programme has now been finalised.
The programme and abstracts will be posted shortly on the UCL-TPTN: Ethical and Epistemological Issues in the Teaching of Politics Eventbrite page, where you can find further details and register to attend for free.
Attendees can expect a day of thought-provoking presentations, panels, and discussions on the philosophical foundations and real-world challenges of teaching politics – as well as some tasty grub.
